    • Microbiological and molecular methods (fecal coliforms, aerobic spores, MS2, T4, T7 bacteriophage, Mycobacterium, Giardia, Cryptosporodium and other culturable bacteria; DNA extractions, ESS assay, PCR, gel electrophoresis, SDS-PAGE, DGGE, sequencing and cloning)
